He has run a marathon in North Korea, lived in Japan and Mexico, created a second-chance social enterprise that returned 165 people to the workforce, led municipal innovation, chaired Sister Cities International, completed an Ironman Triathlon and 19 full marathons, and was a finalist for the 2026 Land Rover Defender Trophy.

Now he helps audiences recognize the experiences that can redirect a life, and learn how to create those experiences for others.
