I’m a social entrepreneur, citizen diplomat, and Harvard-trained strategist based in Fort Worth, Texas. As Senior Principal at the Rainwater Charitable Foundation, I grant $24 million annually to nonprofits building family economic security across North Texas. I’m the immediate past chair of the national Board of Sister Cities International (2024-2026), the world’s oldest and largest citizen diplomacy network, connecting 400 U.S. cities to 1,800 partners in 120 countries. In April 2026, I competed as one of six U.S. finalists for the Land Rover Defender Trophy in the wilderness of British Columbia - an experience that’s become the foundation for one of my newest keynote topics.
