Watching Someone You Love Discover What They Were Born to Do

So proud of Rachael C. Capua, Ed.D. as she received the “Great Women of Texas” award this week from the Fort Worth Business Press.

It’s been inspiring to see my wife’s personal connection to first-generation students, transfer students, veterans, and international students. She always tells me that these young men and women motivate her to rise early and work late. We often bump into students and alumni from Texas Christian University, Tarrant County College, and Tarleton State University who tell Rachael that her support and guidance made a difference in their educational journey. It’s fun to watch someone you love discover what they were born to do.
